1. Sponsor
This giveaway is sponsored by The Pen Athletic Training Center, located at 1720 S 7th St Suite 102, Tacoma, WA 98405 (“Sponsor”).
2. Promotion Name
The name of this promotion is the Marucci Baseball Demo Night Bat Giveaway.
3. Eligibility
This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Parents or legal guardians may enter on behalf of a minor player.
Employees, owners, and immediate family members of Sponsor, and anyone living in the same household, are not eligible to win.
4. Promotion Period
The giveaway begins on Monday, April 20, 2026, at 5:00 PM Pacific Time and ends on Monday, April 20, 2026, at 7:30 PM Pacific Time (“Promotion Period”).
All entries must be received by Sponsor before the end of the Promotion Period.
5. How to Enter
Eligible participants may enter by completing an official giveaway entry form provided by Sponsor during the Marucci Baseball Demo Night event and submitting their name and valid email address.
Limit one (1) entry per person/email address during the Promotion Period.
Duplicate entries or entries submitted using multiple email addresses by the same person may be disqualified.
6. Free Entry / No Purchase Necessary
No purchase, payment, or other consideration is necessary to enter or win. Purchasing merchandise, booking services, or attending any paid offering will not improve the chances of winning.
7. Prize
One (1) winner will receive one (1) Marucci RCKLESS bat.
The winner may choose:

either BBCOR or USSSA certification
Prize selection is subject to product availability at the time of fulfillment. If the winner’s preferred model specification is unavailable, Sponsor may substitute a comparable Marucci bat of equal or greater retail value.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $300.00
8. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
9. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on April 20, 2026, at approximately 7:30 PM Pacific Time at the conclusion of the event.
10. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be announced at the event and/or contacted using the email address provided at entry.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within seven (7) calendar days, is found to be ineligible, or fails to accept the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner in a new random drawing.
11. Need Not Be Present to Win
The winner does not need to be present at the drawing to win.
12. Prize Conditions
The prize is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may not be exchanged except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes or fees associated with acceptance or use of the prize, if applicable.
13. Publicity Release
By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor permission to use the winner’s first name, last initial, likeness, and hometown for promotional purposes in connection with this giveaway, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
14. Release of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its owners, employees, agents, affiliates, and event partners from any liability, loss, injury, damage, or claim arising out of participation in this giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
15. Disqualification / Right to Modify
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, violates these Terms and Conditions, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner.
Sponsor also reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical issues, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion.
16. Privacy
Information collected in connection with this giveaway will be used by Sponsor to administer the promotion and contact the winner.
If entrants are given the option to receive future marketing emails, that consent should be collected separately from the giveaway entry.
17. No Affiliation
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, this giveaway is administered by Sponsor and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or officially associated with Marucci.
18. Governing Law
This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles.
19. Rules Availability
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Terms and Conditions. A copy of these rules will be made available by Sponsor at the event.
